2021 ALTA/NSPS Standards

The National Society of Professional Surveyors and The American Land Title Association are pleased to announce they have approved and adopted the 2021 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. 

HOWEVER, keep in mind that the new standards will not become effective until February 23, 2021.
