Advertising Policies

• New ad must be received on or before the 5th of the month preceding publication or existing ad will be reinserted.

• Ads should be provided in color in layout-ready copy (compatible electronic files include .eps or .pdf files with all fonts and graphics embedded).

• All ads must be digital. Please send ads via email to communications@tsps.org.

• Ads are accepted subject to policies and approval of the Managing Editor, Editor-in-Chief, and/or TSPS Board of Directors.

• The Editor-in-Chief  reserves the right to delete objectionable or controversial material and will inform the author/originator of any such action.

• Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Advertisements will not run unless payment is received in advance.

• All advertisements are non-refundable.
