Certified Survey Technician (CST) Program |
A CST Designation
The certification is a four-leveled program for surveying and mapping technicians. The program uses “work elements” to define the testing parameters. Each level is based on hours of experience and licensed surveyors may start at levels I, II or III.
TSPS is dedicated to offering educational opportunities and support for surveying professionals in Texas. We believe building a career track for technicians is critical to the future of the surveying profession, thus we have adopted the NSPS Certified Survey Technician (CST) Program. The NSPS CST Program is nationally recognized and enables survey technicians and employers to evaluate and establish various levels of competency through proper testing of appropriate work elements.
