Robert "Bob" Telford, RPLS #5020 passed away February 12, 2019. He was born July 23, 1949 in Lubbock ,TX to Lindsay and Joyce Telford. He graduated Lubbock High School in 1967. He married Paula Henderson on April 17, 1981 in Lubbock. He owned and operated Telford Land Surveying Inc. He was a longtime leader for the Boy Scouts. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Telford.

Loved ones include wife Paula; daughter, Jennipher McFarland; son Travis Telford; sister Sylva Staab; granddaughter, Braelyn McFarland.

He was an avid dog lover so memorials are suggested to your local no kill animal shelter.
