Former TSPS President Fills City Council Vacancy

Shane Neally, former TSPS President (2014), was appointed by Bullard City Council members to fill a vacated seat until a Special Election is held in May.

Neally, RPLS #5385, is current vice-chairman of the Bullard Planning and Zoning Commission.
