PELS - Proposed Additional Rule Changes

Proposed additional rule changes by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors were published.  These proposed rule changes were highlighted in the last TBPELS board meeting and approved for publishing for the 30 day public comment period. (See 47 TexReg 1807-1829) https://www.sos.texas.gov/texreg/pdf/backview/0408/0408is.pdf   As stated in the board meeting most of these proposed changes are simply clean up and clarification from the prior board rule changes last year.
