High School Junior Ryan McLaughlin passes the CST Level 1 exam. Ryan, now a senior, attends the Construction Careers Academy in San Antonio. He has worked the past two summers and Christmas/Spring breaks as a field crew intern for Teresa Seidel, RPLS, Partner at KFW Engineers & Surveying. As a staff incentive, Ms. Seidel promises a $1 raise if they pass the CST exam. After Ryan passed last year, he told Ms. Seidel he was looking forward to his $1 raise next summer.

Awesome. Passing the CST Level 1 exam is not an easy thing. Good job Ryan, you could be on your way to a very successful career as a professional land surveyor. And kudos to you too Teresa for providing the added incentives.
