James “Bear” McClellan, RPLS #4980, passed away on January 22, 2018. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 1-4 pm at Beach City Community Building, 12723 FM 2354 (Tri City Beach Road), Beach City, Texas 77523.
