TSPS Abilene Chapter 18 Annual Seminar
Presented by Kenneth G. Gold, RPLS "Boundaries, Ethically Determined" A journey through the necessary preparations for a boundary survey that include the things surveyors consciously and subconsciously should know and do; from the applicable laws, regulations, ethical codes (legal and voluntary) through good business and professional practice. With attendees’ participation, considerations will be made determining not only professional practice, but intermixed in the processes (as situations occur), exploration of gray areas of applicable, ethical practice, including the mandatory TBPLS rules, the TSPS Canons of Ethic and a Primer on Ethics. There will be audience debate for short periods regarding the importance of applying legal or ethical solutions to problems presented.
(Earlybird Registration Deadline Monday, October 27. A $40 late fee will be added to the fees Tuesday, October 28.) RPLS Members - $225 *** Non-Members - $300 Paraprofessional Members - $100 *** Non-Members - $150
