Friday morning May 3 *** Authentic “Old West” Chuck Wagon Breakfast
cooked by Legendary Chuck Wagon Master and Chapter 10 member, Mr. Sam Howell.
Sam will have all the fixings ready for your enjoyment on the grounds of Talon Point Retreat.
Friday and Saturday lunches will be at the LIT Ranch Hospitality Loft, courtesy of our sponsors.
Accommodations will be arranged through registration at Talon Point, a private retreat outside of Channing, TX, where all classroom activities will take place.
All field work will take place on the historic LIT Ranch, with our gracious thanks to ranch owner Bill O’Brien.
