The 2017 Annual TxDOT Surveyors' Conference will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 16 & 17, 2017 at the Omni Southpark Hotel in Austin.

Consulting Surveyors who would like to attend the session on Tuesday afternoon are welcome. The session begins at 1:00 p.m. Space is limited to the first 80 consultants who register. A maximum number of two (2) consultant representatives from each firm will be allowed to register for the May 16th afternoon session.  

Registration is first come, first serve and open now. Registration will close once the maximum number of Consultant attendees has been reached. You may register for the afternoon session only by sending an email request to the conference registration mailbox at: TxDOT_SurveyorsConf@txdot.gov. Your email must include registrant name(s), firm name, and contact information (address, telephone, email). A confirmation email will be sent to the first 80 consultants who register.  

A Vendor Exposition will be held on the evening of Tuesday, May 16, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Expo will begin at the close of the Tuesday afternoon conference session.

Exhibitor/Vendor Registration for the evening Expo is now open. 8' x 10' booth spaces are available. Registration includes two representatives per booth. Exhibitor/Vendors are allowed to register up to 2 additional employees (for a total of 4 per booth) for an additional fee. Due to limited booth space, no more than 4 vendor representatives will be permitted. Registration for the Vendor Exposition is being handled by the Texas Transportation Institute (TTI).
