Schedule of Events:

7:30-8:30 am - Registration, Check-in & Range Open

9:00 am - Shotgun Start

After Tournament - Awards Banquet and Raffle Drawing

Format: Four-person scramble, all players play the best ball from the tee box to green

Fee: $95.00 per player

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Gold - $495.00, includes one (1) four-person team and sponsorship sign with company name

Silver - $305.00, includes two (2) players and sponsorship sign with company name

Bronze - $125.00, includes one (1) player and sponsorship sign with company name

All sponsors will be recognized with their name on a sign placed at the teebox of one of the holes on the course.
All sponsors will also be announced and recognized at the awards banquet after the tournament.

Please complete the tournament registration form for each player.

Team entries consisting of four players should be submitted together. If you want to submit a team entry, but do not yet have a team formed, please submit payment with tournament registration form and submit player names no later than Saturday, September 24.

Individuals who do not have a team, please indicate so on the tournament registration form and you will be assigned a team.

Deadline for Entry & Monies is Friday, September 23, 2016.
