FORMAT: Four-person scramble. All players play the best ball from the tee box to green. PAR IS YOUR FRIEND!
FEE: $105.00 per player

Team entries consisting of four players should be registered together. If you want to submit a team entry, but do not yet have a team formed, please submit payment with the entry now to hold the spot and then submit the players' names by Monday, April 3rd.
If you want to play, but do not have a team, please check this box on the form and you will be assigned a team.
