FAREWELL EVENT

REQUIRES Earlybird registration BY FEBRUARY 24

TSPS reserves the right to cancel if minimum registrations are not received by February 24. No partial registration is available.

A REAL hands-on learning experience!  "Heart of Texas" seminar at Wulff Cedar Creek Ranch in McCulloch County will be a modern day search for original survey corners lead by Texas surveying experts, utilizing county record information, GLO field notes, working sketches and aerial photos, the original surveys from 1847 and later can be positioned within a small search area. Attendees will construct surveys from evidence found on the ranch, and receive handouts which include letters from the original surveyor, original field notes, patent, and corrected field notes.

It has been said in the past that The Heart of Texas Boundary Retracement Seminar brings into focus what merely reading and lecturing cannot accomplish. New surveyors, and especially those planning to sit for the RPLS exam to become a “new” surveyor, would benefit greatly from this course. Hands-on learning, taught by some of the most revered surveyors in the State of Texas … an opportunity you should not miss. No book, no classroom, no online program can capture the experience of following in the footprints of early surveyors and capturing the real “how-to” of boundary retracement.

The registration fee includes 16 hours of instruction to include two hours Act & Rules, one hour Ethics and the materials, "bunkhouse" lodging and meals. Should you wish not to stay in the bunkhouse, but rather find lodging in Brady, you have that option which includes meals. If you need to arrive on Wednesday night or leave on Sunday, you may select those additional nights, however Wednesday supper/Thursday breakfast or Saturday supper/Sunday breakfast are not provided.

TSPS Cancellation Policy:
