The mission of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors is clearly stated in its Constitution:

Mission: The Texas Society of Professional Surveyors shall be a non-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of Texas; to aid and contribute to the education of its members and the general public in attaining high surveying standards, both technical and ethical; and to provide a central headquarters and a closer association of its members.

And in keeping with that mission, TSPS has released its 2023 - 2024 Strategic Plan, which was formulated by attendees at the Strategic Planning session.
