Description: Must be a Texas licensed RPLS in good standing. SIT: Must have minimum of 5 years experience in the surveying field and knowledge of boundary law and boundary survey concepts, records search, preparation of working sketches, retracement of boundary lines, reconstruction of boundary lines, metes and bounds preparation, and having successfully passed the S.I.T. exam in Texas and/or New Mexico. Must be eligible to take the R.P.L.S. exam or P.S. exam.

Surveying Technician  Must have minimum of 5 years experience preparing boundary survey plats, working sketches, writing metes and bounds descriptions, performing surveying calculations, be familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation. Must be familiar with processing field data for the preparation of topographic survey plats, and able to calculate, surfaces, horizontal and vertical alignments, and prepare construction stakeout files.

RPLS: Responsible for assisting in the management of survey crews, interacting with clients, mentoring and guiding production activities for staff, and quality control of field data and deliverables. Must have minimum of 4 years experience as a Licensed Surveyor and excellent written/verbal communications skills. Technical experience required: use of GPS equipment, RTK, Static and data processing, TGO, and CADD software. Should have experience implementing QA/QC procedures, safety and surveying ethics programs, and successful business development support experience. Experience with mobile mapping systems such as ground-based LiDAR is a plus. Travel of 35% may be required.
