Gregg began his career with the firm working as a Survey Party Chief in 2000, after graduating from New Mexico State University with a degree in Surveying Engineering. In 2004 Gregg was promoted to Manager of the Survey Department, where he now leads two SITs, three Survey Technicians and eight full-time field crews. He was named an Associate of the firm in 2005, a Senior Associate in 2008, and a Vice President in 2011.
