2012 TSPS Symposium Registration Now Open!

TSPS members (and non-members!) proved how popular the Annual Symposium is when last year they flocked to Symposium in San Marcos during a rare ice event that blasted much of Texas. This year, prospects for ice are slim as 2012 TSPS Symposium arrives in late February to the shores of Clear Lake in League City at the beautiful South Shore Harbour Resort, Conference Center & Spa.

NOTE: The "An Expedition Through the Act & Rules" class on Friday, Feb. 24 and the "Professional Ethics" class on Saturday, Feb. 25 are CLOSED. No more seats available.

Located midway between Houston and Galveston Island off the Gulf Freeway (I-45), League City holds attractions all its own like NASA’s Space Center Houston and the nearby Kemah Boardwalk. Education

Symposium attendees can get a jump on CEU requirements for 2012 thanks to a full slate of professional courses! Paraprofessionals can develop and grow their knowledge and skills through several paraprofessional offerings. The breakdown is:

• Three 8-hour/8 CEU sessions
• Five 4-hour/4 CEU sessions
• Two 4-hour courses for paraprofessionals (0 CEUs)

But don't forget to have a little fun! Symposium host TSPS Gulf Coast Chapter 9 will hold a poolside Meet & Greet complete with refreshments and a chance to win some fun door prizes, including a "Two nights with breakfast" stay at the beautiful South Shore Harbour Resort, Convention Center & Spa!

The TSPS Board holds its First Quarterly meeting of 2012 at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 at South Shore Harbour Resort.
