In Memoriam - Alan Ward

FORT WORTH - Walter Alan Ward, RPLS #4186, 63, of Fort Worth passed away Monday, March 26, 2018, at a local hospital after completing a Land Survey in Southwest Tarrant County.
Alan lived his life in Fort Worth and was known for his love of family, especially his kids, grandkids, friends, hunting, fishing and music. He followed in his Father's footsteps and became a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor as a young man, as did his son, Eric. Alan loved riding motorcycles through West Texas with a group of riders from Fort Worth and finding great places to fish and eat along the way. Alan was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Bacon Ward; and father, Walter Wayman Ward.
Survivors: Children, Eric and Leilani Ward, Cori Ann Ward; longtime companion, Yvonne Collins; stepmother, Emily Ward; sister, Patricia Ward; grandchildren, Lainy, Cayden, KC Sage, and W. W. Wayman; nephew, Devin Patrick Ward; aunt, Virginia Bass; Heldenbrand family; Shank Family; and Ward cousins from across the Country.
Services will be officiated by Father Noy Sparks, All Saints Episcopal Church.
