Warning, a red Astro van was used today (March 31) and stole our GPS equipment.
 

1) Trimble 4800 base station

2) Trimble Trim mark 3 Radio

3) Tripod

4) And cables
 

This all happened in a matter of 60 seconds, according to witnesses. The van drove up ... two people were seen in the van. One person got out and had a knife and severed the cable to the antenna pickup the tripod that the base and the radio was attached to and drove off. According to the witnesses the incident took all of 10 seconds. Obviously, this appears like someone knew what they were doing.
