IN MEMORIAM - Charles A. Pape ..... Charles A. Pape, RPLS #2042, of San
Antonio, has passed away. Visitation and funeral services will be held at Sunset
Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio TX 78218
(210-828-2711). Visitation is Saturday, April 5 from 1-5 p.m., and funeral
services will be Sunday, April 6 at noon, with reception to follow from 1-3 p.m.

IN MEMORIAM -
John Mitchel Hodges, 88, of
Lampasas, died Thursday Dec. 20, 2007. He is remembered by many as a local land
surveyor for many years and member of TSPS. Mr. Hodges served in the army during
WWII and attended UT-Austin. He is survived by three daughters, Lucia Ann Hodges
of Pflugerville, Christine Hodges of Liberty Hill, and Rebecca Turner of New
Castle Washington, and by two sons, Daniel Hodges of Lampasas and John E. Hodges
of Austin. There is also a sister, Inez Clark of Georgetown and numerous
grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 27 at Sneed Chapel.

87, of San Angelo, passed away Wednesday morning in a San Angelo-area hospital.
Mr. Williams, RPLS #0121, was a TSA/TSPS Past President (1976). For a

Stolen Equipment from three survey trucks (Nov. 15) in the Fort Worth
parking lot of Halff Associates, Inc. Items stolen include - 2 tripods (wood
Nedo); 3 tripods (2 wood Topcon, 1 off-brand wood); 2 Seco Prism poles; 1
Seco bi-pod for prism pole; 2 Leica battery chargers w/power adaptors; 1 Leica
battery (8 hour); 1 Schonstedt; 1 hp 33s calculator; 1 TDS Ranger data collector
tripod backet. Any information about this theft should be forwarded to Doug

woman to hold that office in the association's 56-year history.
