Cancellation Policy In the event you decide to cancel your registration to this event, a full refund, less a $25 administration fee, will be made if written notice is received by March 4, 2005. If you paid for your registration with a credit card: Your written cancellation notice must include the credit card number and expiration date of the card you used to register in order for a refund to be issued. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds after March 4, 2005.
