I have received a spreadsheet and data from the past chair of the committee and discussed procedure and methodology to establish nominations. The list of potential candidates for Second Vice-President, has not been made at this date. The committee will meet online in the near future. Submitted By: Joe Higle Butch Holland TECHNOLOGY TSPS purchased two new digital input projectors for use in seminars that were used in the San Antonio Spring Symposium in February. Cost analysis of the purchase versus rent indicates a very good return on investment for these two items. TSPS purchased a one year subscription to GoToMeeting.Com, an online meeting software. The software has been used for a minimum of five meetings so far and has yielded more production and less expense for at least three sub-committees. This software allows committees to meet without traveling to a central location thereby saving TSPS meeting room rentals, members also save on fuel costs and hotel accommodations. Although this tool has not had widespread use yet, it appears to be a significant step forward into using technology to increase committee production and reduce costs to TSPS and volunteer members. This committee has not met physically this quarter but has met through GoToMeeting (GTM).
