CONSTITUTION & BYLAWS This Committee will work with the GIS Committee and the Membership Committee to word a new member catagory for a GIS member, if and when it is determined that a GIS member is feasible.

May 14, 2007 LEGAL COUNSEL'S REPORT
As you know, the 80th
Session of the Texas Legislature convened on January 9, 2007. The Session will
end on May 28, 2007. Inasmuch as many of the bills of significance to TSPS and
its members are still “up in the air,” I will provide a written End of
Session Report to the Board at our meeting in Austin on June 9, 2007. SOUND & VIDEO This Committee has purchased a new trailer for the all the Sound and Video equipment.
All Equipment is working well.
