CHAPTER ACTIVITY REPORT
Gulf Coast Chapter 9

In this “Chapter Activity Report”, I am submitting a list of all of the recent and scheduled activities of this chapter since last reporting.
* A quorum was determined and a two hour meeting was had to discuss the affairs of the chapter.
Chapter 9 Annual Golf Tournament – June 6, 2004
* The Ch. 9 Annual Golf tournament was held at the Woodforest Golf Club at Fish Creek with a portion of the proceeds going to SURPAC.
Chapter Dinner Meeting – July 13, 2004
* The Annual R.L. SARGENT Auction benefiting local surveying was held at the Holiday Inn Southwest. Many items are contributed and auctioned off with the proceeds being split between The Professional Surveyors Education Foundation (PSEFI) and the Surveyors Political Action Committee (SURPAC).
* A quorum was determined and a two hour meeting was had to discuss the affairs of the chapter.
Chapter 9 Annual Golf Tournament August 14 & 15, 2004
* The Ch. 9 Annual Softball tournament was held at Memorial Park.
Chapter Dinner Meeting – September 21, 2004 (Scheduled)
* Mike Haberer is scheduled to perform the installation of new officers at the Holiday Inn Southwest.
