CHAPTER ACTIVITY REPORT

I.                    On August 6 & 7, 2004 we had our joint annual Golf & CEU’s Seminar with the Llano Estacado Chapter of the NMPS in Ruidoso, Mew Mexico.  We had 24 at the Golf Tournament at Cree Meadows Country Club.  We had over 60 in attendance at the Boundary Retracement Seminar given by D.D. Shine and Nedra Foster on that Saturday.  We held a drawing for a $300 trip to this seminar and W.D. Watson, Jr was the winner.  The weather, the golf and the seminar were well worth the trip. 

II.                 Our next event will be our 2^nd Annual Chapter 10 Golf Tournament which will be held at the Hogan Park Golf Course in Midland, Texas on October 30, 2004.   Last year we had an overwhelming turn-out of both sponsors and golfers.  This year promises to be even better.  This is our biggest fund raiser of the year.  The registration letters and sponsorship letters will be going out soon.  Please contact me if anyone is interested in joining us.
